The Gap Albany

Albany is probably the most southernly town in WA. Older that Perth it was once concidered to be made the capitol of WA with its large sheltered natural harbour. But alas Perth won out. Take the time to look around the town and find the numerouse little museums in town. Then visit the whaling station museum I remember seen it in full operation which ceased in the 1980's. Travel aong the coast and see the spectacular scenery to the Natural Bridge and right next door within walking istance the dangerous Gap. When you look down it is hard to believe that it can fill with water and wash a person into the sea to vanish forever.
